This sounded great, a flavor I usually find palatable, a boost of caffeine, and electrolytes. I decided to use this instead of my combination of pre-workout before my run and replace the usual electrolytes I bring on my run (in an ideal world where I have normal human energy levels, I wouldn't take pre-workout before running. In the world I live in where I'm probably undermedicated for hypothyroidism, I need massive amounts of caffeine do pretty much anything these days). I made the mistake of stirring two packets into a glass of water - this stuff foams up like crazy, which was unexcected, because I don't think I've ever had an electrolyte or preworkout produce foam like this (some release gas, but this is a different level). After the first time, I started adding it to less than an full glass of water, stirring, letting the foam die down, adding more water, and then letting it sit. The orange flavor is good. The caffeine boost is great. The foam is ... interesting. I don't know if the value for money is there with this one, but I'm happy to consume these and get the caffeine boost from them.

Energy powerder drink packets are really convinient. There is no need to carry around bottles of liquid that is a dedicated to being, well, an energy drink. This is something that you would want to keep your daily carry nice and lightweight. This is enriched full of multivitamins according to the label. You should definitely consult with a doctor to discuss the implications of adding something like this to your daily intake especially if you already take other multivitamins. In terms of the taste, I will have to agree with other reviewers that this is a pretty sweet drink and to me it's definitely too much on the sweet side. The energy is about what you expect, it has caffeine but I do really like the ingredients in general as it isn't chock-full of awful compounds that can pretty easily so some damage.

Besides all the great nutritional value it adds to my diet, it tastes great, like an orange Creamsicle. I add it to a 16oz bottle of water, Shake and drink. It dissolves completely in a few shakes, no clumps. I've Been feeling great, no mid-afternoon crashes. Love this product.

This drink mix is a grown-up version of the breakfast orange drink many of us remember from childhood which was mostly sugar and flavoring with maybe a touch of vitamin c. This drink is lightly citrus flavored, has as much caffeine as a good wake up cup of coffee, and has an impressive vitamin profile. We would caution that if one already takes a multi-vitamin to do some careful reading to make sure one isn't exceeding the daily recommendations. For example 625% of the daily recommendation for Vitamin D, 1250% for Biotin, and so forth. We choose to skip our vitamins on days we make this part of our morning routine. It probably wouldn't hurt to take a pic of the supplement facts and send to your doctor or nutritionist or trainer for an opinion. Just to be safe, we would definitely keep this product out of the reach of curious children. We love the flavor, and we find the fizz to be kind of fun, a little energizing. The effervescent effect, however, is short lived. For instance, if you need to put the drink down for a few minutes it goes flat. And, we're not used to having caffeine in the morning, so we really can't compare it to coffee or other morning energy drinks. It is a nice alternative to our morning protein shake.

Shake Well has become my go to drink when I'm feeling sluggish/tired and need an energy boost. It helps me feel alert and awake throughout the day. I like that it gives me just the right boost without making me feel over caffeinated. The drink packet dissolves nicely and mixes well with water and has a sweet orange flavor and has a bit of carbonation. The flavor is good, with no chemical taste that are sometimes found in other healthy products; however, it can be a little sweet so I recommend mixing it with more water to get the preferred sweetness.

Shakewell definitely intrigued me. Mostly, I'm a coffee gal who looks forward to my cup of joe every morning so substituting that for shakewell was a change for me. I have to say, it's been a solid month of me drinking it every morning and I seriously do not crave the coffee at all. It tastes great so I look forward to sitting down with it each morning and it doesn't leave me with a crash mid-day. I am a grad student that works full time so that is incredibly important to me. I consider myself to be an avid caffeine drinker, and I haven't had the urge to run to the store for an energy drink! On top of it too you're not getting all the extra calories from creamer and other fixins you would have in a coffee or energy drink. All wins for me! Caffeine content aside, the best part is the dose of multivitamin that it offers. I feel GOOD and not all over the place, vitamins were always tricky for me to keep up with so the fact that it's all there and so easy for me to pour into a glass and enjoy makes it all the more attractive to me. definitely give it a try to switch up your usual morning coffee and perhaps large handful of vitamins!!!

This pack contains 14 packets and each packet makes an 8-16oz drink. I decided to split the difference and mix a packet into 12 oz of ice-cold filtered water using a shaker with a shaker ball for 40 seconds. Since I find that expectations can often affect the first tasting: What I expected was something akin to the Tang I had as a kid (kind of a chemically, artificial orange taste). The actual taste and sensation WAS kind of like a very watered-down Tang, though there was a bit of a “thickness” to the drink. It didn’t have the fresh-orange taste that the logo inspired. Still, though, it wasn’t bad once I adjusted my expectations. I appreciate the number of vitamins and the low carbs of the drink. The information on the bag encourages that the “morning, after breakfast” might be a good time for the drink, but I missed that and decided to try it after lunch to see if it helped with an afternoon slump that I frequently get. I won’t make any medical claims, but I plan on continuing the drinks. If anything changes, I’ll update this.
